1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jayexx platform, including the website located at jayexx.net, all associated mobile-optimised pages, the sports betting section, the casino games section, and all promotional services offered under the jayexx brand (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jayexx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on jayexx. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious breach of these Terms. jayexx employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, all bonus balances will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited at jayexx's discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jayexx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jayexx's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification

jayexx may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to account activity that triggers a review. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification requests must be responded to within the timeframe specified by the support team. Failure to complete verification may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jayexx currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), and Upay (UCB Bank). Additional payment options may be added or removed from time to time at jayexx's discretion. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jayexx is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification procedures. Deposits are credited to a player's account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. jayexx does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits, though mobile financial service providers may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method that was used to make the player's most recent qualifying deposit. jayexx targets processing of withdrawal requests within the same business day, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending verification requirements. jayexx reserves the right to conduct additional identity or payment verification before approving any withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will not be processed where the account has not completed identity verification, where a withdrawal request is made before minimum wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied, where the account is under review for suspected fraudulent activity, or where the account has been flagged for a policy breach investigation. Players must ensure they withdraw to their own registered payment accounts — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.5 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on jayexx are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jayexx does not support multi-currency accounts. Players whose payment providers process transactions in a different currency may incur currency conversion charges from their financial service provider — jayexx bears no responsibility for such charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jayexx offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific terms of that promotion will prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free bet credits are not withdrawable directly. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed at the point of claiming that bonus. Wagers placed on certain game types or markets may not contribute to wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate — this will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jayexx actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses from different accounts belonging to the same person, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome (bonus arbitrage), systematically low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements rather than genuine play, and exploiting errors or system anomalies to claim bonuses to which a player is not entitled. jayexx reserves the right to void bonus balances, remove bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is confirmed.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date or a time window within which wagering requirements must be satisfied. Any unclaimed bonus credits or unwagered bonus balances will be removed from a player's account upon expiry without notice. It is the player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates within their account dashboard.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Bets placed on jayexx are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking the accuracy of their bet selections, including the event, market, selection, odds, and stake, before confirming. jayexx does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where a clear and verifiable technical error has resulted in the bet being placed at materially incorrect odds.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on jayexx reflect the current market at the time of display and may change before a bet is confirmed. Where odds change between a player initiating and confirming a bet, jayexx's system will notify the player of the change and give the player the option to proceed at the updated odds or cancel. jayexx reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting markets at any time and for any reason, including during live sporting events where integrity concerns arise.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned; the bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a system or human error; the bet relates to a market suspended for integrity reasons; or the outcome of the event cannot be verified by jayexx from official sources. Voided bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake value.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

jayexx applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits vary by sport, market type, and bet type. Specific limits are displayed within the betting interface for each market. Where a player's potential winnings on a single bet exceed the applicable limit, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the odds or stake placed.

7. Casino Games

Casino games available on jayexx — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and other game types — are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology operated by the respective game studio and are not influenced by jayexx.

Game-specific rules, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, minimum and maximum bet sizes, and paytable information, are available within each game's own interface. It is the player's responsibility to review these rules before wagering real money on any game title.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to place bets using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.

• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards jayexx support staff or other players.

jayexx reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to a confirmed breach of this section: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, voiding of all pending bets and bonus balances, withholding of winnings derived from prohibited activity, and reporting of relevant activity to law enforcement or financial authorities where required by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jayexx's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jayexx account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jayexx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether arising from contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

jayexx makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. jayexx will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable.

jayexx is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party game studios, and any disputes relating to the outcome or fairness of a specific game title should be directed first to jayexx support and then, if unresolved, to the game studio's own player dispute resolution process.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jayexx account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Pending bonus balances will be removed upon account closure and are not withdrawable.

13.2 Termination by jayexx

jayexx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, where a player requests self-exclusion, where a player is found to be under the age of 18, or where continued operation of the account would expose jayexx to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In cases of account closure for Terms breach, jayexx may withhold any bonus-derived winnings, void pending bets, and retain any funds required to cover chargeback liability or fraud-related costs.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and data retention — will continue to apply following account closure.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jayexx reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect players' rights, obligations, or financial arrangements — jayexx will provide advance notice of the changes via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to request account closure.
